A Business Owner for 32 years as a printing broker and a Realtor for 14 years helps me bring a lot of diversity to the trade. Sellers need to get the highest and best price for their home in a timely manner and to understand the market place and what is realistic. Buyers, the challenge is listening to what is
important for them and finding it. It is always about what is best for the client, and I am fully committed to all concerns and finding the perfect home that fits your needs, (not mine). In the current market it is a great time for Sellers to sell as there is a shortage of inventory and
interest rates are at an all-time low. Also with the low interest rate, it makes it more affordable for first time home buyers. I have concentrated on working in Santa Maria and the Five Cities
here on the Central Coast, serving both Sellers and Buyers.
